2021 Topps Archives Signature Series Baseball Box

A December 11, 2024, I purchased 2021 Topps Archives Signature Series Baseball Box. This is a one-card item with a guaranteed autographed card. I opened it in the store. Unfortunately, I received a redemption card which expired in January 2023. The kid that rang me up just said aw man, that's too bad. The only other staff there saw what happened, but just looked away. On December 13th, I emailed Topps customer service to see if there was anything that they could or would do. Other than the automatic generated email which acknowledged receipt of my email, I have not heard from the company. This experience leaves me feeling like I received a lump of coal in my stocking. This was not an inexpensive purchase.
